Redevelopment of a 1960’3 18 storey office tower block into a Hotel. The site is located on Broad Street in the centre of Birmingham. Issues to resolve included getting the numerous service risers through the existing beam and block floor plates and supporting the climber access platforms off 2nd floor podium deck.
Main access to the building was from Broad Street with on-site parking at 1st and 2nd deck levels.
