A 15-storey residential development, with Commercial space at the lower levels with a single storey Basement. The building was located between two existing buildings on a very tight footprint to the rear of the site was a railway line and embankment that had to be considered within the design. The structure was an RC frame supported on piled foundations with a Basement constructed using secant piled wall construction. Due to the small footprint shear walls to resist the wind loads were kept to a minimum to avoid compromising floor space
