In addition we are experienced in extensive schemes producing several hundred dwellings. For these developments our brief often extends to provide infrastructure design comprising roads, drainage and flood control measures as well as detailed structural advice. These sites range in character and location, from multi storey town centre development, to traditional housing estate style developments.

We have successfully completed over 20 high class care homes for the elderly, along with projects such as GP surgeries, hospitals with associated facilities for both private and government funded projects.

We have a proven track record in the retail sector, having worked for many years with a number of high street retailers and pub chains on new build and refurbishments. We are also currently retained by one of the UK’s largest shopping centres and act as landlords’ consultant advising on everything from approvals of tenant alterations to major works and alterations to the centre.
