CSP were commissioned by the Wellington Pub Company to project manage the conversation of the dilapidated building to create a public house at ground floor and basement, and high quality offices on the upper three floors.

The structural work involved the removal of the majority of the load bearing structure at ground floor level to provide a large open public area.
