CSP have been appointed by Punch Devco, the new concept development division of Punch Retail Ltd, to work with the design team for the development of new Bar Room Bars & Gastro Pubs.

CSP work closely with the designers, quantity surveyors and contractors in appraising the condition of the existing buildings, assessing the development proposals and providing structural engineering services, to achieve the successful completion of each project.

Since February 1999 CSP have received 40 commissions from Punch Devco.
