Major residential development for Fairview New Homes Ltd undertaken by Costains Ltd on a design and build contract for 202 residential units in two, five storey high loadbearing masonry block including 6 commercial units and 7 separate house units. The five storey residential blocks were constructed around a new mooring basin, extending to 75m x 86m with direct water access to the River Gade/ Grand Union Canal.

The design and build contract formed part of Fairviews major overall development for the site extending to 270 residential units plus 162 houses and 6 commercial units in total.
