Following an in depth condition appraisal by both CSP and Hawkins Brown, the client confirmed a brief to refurbish the existing buildings on the site to produce 2 self contained office units.

The resultant scheme involved the enlargement of the existing basement, construction of new foundations and the complete renovation of the existing buildings, including floor strengthening and replacement and new roofs. The limited access available required the design to utilise small, easily managed sections which tested the ingenuity of the design team.
