In March 1998 CSP were commissioned by Procter & Gamble to provide structural engineering services for the construction of a new processing plant at their Thurrock site. From initial brief in March 1998 the plant was in production by December 1998 and the building completed in early 1999. Utilising nearly 10000 tons of structural steelwork on a very confined site. Co-ordination of structure and plant was key to a successful project.
