David is a Founder Partner along with Terence Smith in the formation of the Company.  David is responsible for co-ordination of the internal structure of the Company as well as various projects including fast track industrial developments, rebuilding/refurbishing Grade 1 and 2 Listed buildings, design of infrastructure for industrial estates, health care/hospital works, student accommodation, residential, value engineering, design and build projects, advice on contaminated sites, Combined Heat and Power Station, residential, offices and general industrial for end user clients.
