Clark Smith Partnership were commissioned as Structural Engineers, Project Managers and Client Representative by Zings Music and Maldon Printing Ltd for the development of two new build commercial buildings in Maldon, Essex.

The buildings were procured by Design and Build tender and completed in 2000.
